My Take

ChatGPT fits someone who wants one AI assistant that writes, researches, codes, and reads files without switching tools, and who is fine paying $20 a month once the free tier stops being enough. It is a weaker fit for a small team that needs admin controls, SSO, or a guarantee that its data will not be used to train the model, since that requires the $20 to $25 per seat Business plan rather than a personal one. The caveat worth knowing before signing up: text chat is now unlimited on every tier, but image generation, file uploads, and voice minutes are still capped on Free and Go, so anyone doing heavy visual or voice work will hit a wall fast and need to upgrade.
